If you have a GoPro camera, you may want to mount that to your drone. Before you do so there are some things to consider.
You need to buy the right quadcopter for the job. It needs to be strong enough to easily carry the camera, and a gimbal as well (needed to get stable images and video).
There are several different price classes, but if you plan to mount a GoPro you will not want the smaller, cheaper, quads as they just cannot handle the extra weight. Or they might be able to handle the weight, but not the gimbal.
One such drone is the Parrot AR.Drone. Lovely to fly, and you can actually mount a GoPro on it. The video will be a bit shaky though, as it might not be able to carry the gimbal as well. This is a configuration just for fun, not for professionals.
The better options are the DJI Phantom and the Blade 350. They are both strong enough for the task, and can give you some amazing footage.

Personally I prefer the DJI Phantom because of its stability and safety standard. It is however more expensive, and the Blade 350 can be bought for about 400 - 500 $ which is a bit cheaper. I really think that is a good buy as well, for what you get for the money. I have seen some excellent footage using the Blade with a camera on Youtube.
